  I am a licensed professional counselor, providing individual and group psychotherapies for general mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem and grief as well as specializing in PTSD, hoarding and gender issues. My style is dynamic, client-centered and strength-based.

    I am currently offering three ongoing therapy groups:
        Sexual Abuse/Incest Survivors Group
        Hoarders Group
        Transgender Group
 
  One individual appointment is required prior to entrance into any of my groups. All services are confidential. I am happy to work in conjunction with referring therapists. Please contact me for additional information about my services.

  My consultation services include public speaking such as providing keynote and other presentations as well as educational programs for community and professional groups.
